Meet our team of friendly, knowledgeable support coordinators and psychosocial recovery coaches.

We have a team of four dedicated and experienced Support Coordinators who are passionate about helping participants feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their NDIS journey.

With several years of industry experience, we pride ourselves on delivering a fast, friendly, and personalised service tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Our focus is not only on helping you make the most of your NDIS plan, but also on educating and guiding you so you feel confident navigating your supports and services.

At Amigos, we are committed to building genuine relationships with our participants by creating a supportive and welcoming environment where communication feels easy, comfortable, and stress-free.

Tony Di Iorio

Director / Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Tony is the Director of Amigos Community Solutions, which he founded in March 2024. Before entering the disability sector, Tony worked as an electrician, but a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives inspired him to change careers. He began as a support worker, later moving into support coordination / psychosocial recovery coaching, and has now spent over five years working in the NDIS field.

Tony’s approach is warm, approachable, and focused on getting things done efficiently. He takes pride in seeing participants’ lives positively impacted through the work he does.

Taylor Jackson

Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Taylor is a friendly, bubbly, and approachable coordinator with a strong background in aged care and the NDIS sector. With over 10 years of experience in the disability field, she has developed a deep passion for helping people achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Taylor is known for going above and beyond for her participants, ensuring their needs are met while keeping tasks on track and completed promptly. She takes great satisfaction in seeing positive outcomes and lasting changes in the lives of those she supports.

Sophie Di Iorio

Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Sophie is a friendly, reliable, and thorough support coordinator. Sophie prides herself on being approachable, being a good team player, and being a positive impact on peoples' lives. One of Sophie's many strengths, is being able to work collaboratively with participants' care teams, and making sure that everyone is on the same page to work towards kicking goals for our clients!

Sophie previously was working as a care coordinator, before making the change to support coordinator. Sophie loves her job and really enjoys being able to make difference in peoples' lives every day.

Bree Stuttard

Support Coordinator / Psychosocial Recovery Coach

Bree is a warm, approachable, and highly skilled coordinator who brings a wealth of hands-on experience in the disability sector. With five years of dedicated service as an independent support worker, alongside valuable experience working within large organisations, she has developed a deep understanding of the diverse needs of participants and the importance of tailoring support to each individual. Bree is known for her determination, focus, and unwavering commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for those she works with. Her passion shines through in every interaction, as she not only advocates strongly for her participants but also ensures that the journey is filled with encouragement, positivity, and plenty of smiles along the way. 

Dan Matthews

Support Coordinator 

Dan is a friendly, approachable, and compassionate professional with a genuine passion for helping people achieve positive outcomes. As the newest member of the Amigos team, he is dedicated to building strong relationships with participants and supporting them to reach their goals. Known for his calm, gentle, and personable approach, Dan helps participants feel comfortable, heard, and supported, while also being a strong advocate for their needs and aspirations.

Before joining Amigos, Dan gained valuable experience in a variety of roles, including management with Australia Post, warehouse management, and front-line reception work. These positions helped him develop strong communication, organisational, problem-solving, and customer service skills, which he now brings to his work supporting participants.
