The Amigos experienced staff members can help you with any issues that you are facing with the NDIS and we will help to point you in the right direction. Even if you are not a participant of Amigos Community Solutions, we are still willing to help you to make sure that you get your questions answered by us!

Level 1 and Level 2 Support Coordination

The role of a support coordinator is to work with you to help you to understand your NDIS plan and how to get the most out of it. Our support coordinators will assist you with understand what terms like “Core”, “Capacity Building”, and “Assistive Technology” mean, and how we can get the most out of them for you. Our goal at Amigos is to build your capacity so that you fully comprehend how your NDIS plan works, and the services that you are able to receive.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

A recovery coach is an NDIS funded worker that has mental health knowledge. A recovery coach will spend time with you, and people important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs. We will  help you to find out about different services and supports, and how these can help you. A recovery coach can help you get support from mental health services. Also, Amigos recovery coaches can help you better understand the NDIS and support you with the NDIS.
